sx77 Terms & Conditions – Rules of Use

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the sx77 platform at sx77.asia (hereinafter "sx77," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the sx77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of sx77 following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the sx77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied continuously during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of sx77. This requirement reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gaming in the Philippines as applicable under PAGCOR regulatory frameworks. sx77 reserves the right to request government-issued identification to verify age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: The sx77 Platform is operated for and targeted at users in the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law is strictly forbidden. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on sx77. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances therein may be forfeited.

sx77 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification at any time. Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3Account Registration & Verification

To access the full functionality of sx77, including placing bets and processing withdrawals, Users must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

sx77 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. As part of KYC, sx77 may request the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address issued within the last three (3) months
• Source of funds documentation in cases involving large deposits or withdrawals

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your sx77 account credentials. sx77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information. You agree to notify sx77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the sx77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). sx77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. sx77 reserves the right to modify available payment channels with reasonable notice to Users.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100.00 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200.00 per transaction.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours during regular banking days.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the Account Cashier section.
• Account Ownership: Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and be returned to payment accounts registered in the same legal name as the sx77 account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

sx77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All games available on sx77 are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the on-screen display and the game server result, the server result shall prevail.

sx77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games and licensed third-party live dealer studios for live casino games. Certified RTP (Return to Player) figures are available within each game's information panel. sx77 does not modify or interfere with RNG outcomes.

Any bet placed as a result of a technical malfunction, a connection error, or a software fault will be considered void and refunded to the User's sx77 wallet. sx77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical issues outside our direct control, including but not limited to ISP failures, device failures, or power interruptions on the User's end.

6Bonuses & Promotions

sx77 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, bingo card bonuses, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility. Applicable wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default of 20x the bonus amount applies.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds expire upon the end of the validity period.
• Single Bonus: Only one active bonus may be held in a User's account at any time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion.
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account termination.

sx77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited, if there is evidence of exploitation or system error.

7Responsible Gaming

sx77 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming for all Filipino players. The following tools are available to all registered Users within the Account Settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session or per period.
• Session Timers: Receive on-screen alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the sx77 Platform. Temporary exclusions may be set for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible and require a minimum 6-month cooling-off period before reinstatement can be requested.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sx77 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age
• Opening more than one account per individual
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Use of software bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Money laundering or any transaction intended to obscure the origin of funds
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks initiated in bad faith
• Attempting to access another User's account without authorization

9Intellectual Property

All content on the sx77 Platform — including but not limited to the sx77 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, graphics, text, and software — is the proprietary property of sx77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of sx77 content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sx77 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, communication failures, or events beyond sx77's reasonable control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials
• Losses arising from your reliance on information on the Platform that has subsequently been updated or corrected

In no event shall sx77's total aggregate liability to any User exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Account Suspension & Termination

sx77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we determine at our sole discretion that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The User has provided false or misleading registration or verification information
• Continued account operation presents a risk of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance
• The User has engaged in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8

Upon account termination for cause, sx77 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the remaining balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Users may voluntarily close their sx77 account at any time by contacting support, subject to settlement of any pending wagering requirements or active bonuses.

12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to sx77 customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority with jurisdiction under Philippine law.

13Amendments to These Terms

sx77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address on file, and by displaying the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the sx77 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
